Cyndi E. Brewster graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1978, and Memphis State University School of Law in 1982. She was licensed in the state of Arizona in 1983, and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1989. She is admitted to all courts in the State of Colorado.
Since 1989, she has concentrated primarily in family law, including divorce, child custody, child support and spousal maintenance, premarital agreements, guardian ad litem for adults in dissolution, and same sex relationships.
Cyndi practices Collaborative Law, which uses a team approach to help parties in a divorce resolve all their issues without going to court.
Cyndi is a trained mediator/arbitrator, having mediated or arbitrated all types of family law cases, from the most simple to complex financial matters. Cyndi mediates with both pro se clients as well as clients with their attorneys.
Cyndi is an attorney/mediator and member of the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals, where she is currently serving on the Board of Directors and Chairperson of the training committee. She is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Practice, Rocky Mountain Collaborative Law Professional Practice Group and is trained in Conflict Coaching.
In 2014 she was voted a Top 10 Attorney by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
