I represent clients going through divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (custody cases), cases involving complex financial analysis and asset division, discovery issues, post decree matters, protection orders, modification cases involving parenting time, decision making, child support and maintenance, contempt, and paternity cases. I also draft pre-marital agreements, post-marital agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
