| Additional Information (including relevant experience, if services are offered in a language other than English, etc) | I have been in practice for almost 30 years, am trained in reintegration therapy, and I am EMDR Certified and a Brainspotting Consultant. I offer hourly sessions, immersive sessions (1.5 to 2.0 hours), healing retreats that incorporate Brainspotting, meditation, and guided reflection (1 to 2 days), and workshops on Brainspotting, burnout, trauma, resilience, and self-compassion. I also offer intensives to therapists who are wanting to deepen their Brainspotting work with clients. I see clients several afternoons during the week and offer weekend hours for several of my specialty services. |
